1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 Nature of Services Expedigo.in (hereinafter “the Company”) acts solely as a facilitator/intermediary between the User and the end-service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Transporters). The Company does not own or operate any of these services.

1.2 Flight Cancellation & Refund Policy (Crucial Clause)

  • Airlines Authority: In the event of a flight cancellation by the airline, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused.

  • Refund Structure: The eligibility for a refund, as well as the refund amount, shall be strictly governed by the individual Airline’s Policy. The Company acts only as a medium to process the refund request.

  • Timelines: All refunds are subject to the timelines provided by the airlines. Generally, this may take between 7 to 21 working days after the airline approves the refund, depending on the airline’s internal settlement process.

  • Service Fees: Please note that the Company’s convenience fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.

1.3 User Responsibility Users are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents (Passport, Visa, Vaccination Certificates) as per the destination’s requirements.

1.4 Limitation of Liability The Company is not liable for “Force Majeure” events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or sudden government-mandated travel restrictions.


2. PRIVACY POLICY

2.1 Data Collection We collect personal information necessary for booking, including but not limited to:

  • Name, Age, and Gender.

  • Contact details (Phone, Email, Address).

  • Passport details (for international travel).

  • Payment information (processed via secure, encrypted gateways).

2.2 Use of Information Your data is used solely to:

  • Execute your travel bookings.

  • Communicate itinerary updates and promotional offers.

  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements from aviation authorities.

2.3 Data Sharing & Third Parties To fulfill your request, your data will be shared with third-party service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Insurance companies). These entities are independent data fiduciaries. We do not sell your personal data to marketing agencies.

2.4 Security Protocols We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your sensitive information. However, users acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

2.5 Cookies Expedigo.in uses cookies to enhance user experience, remember preferences, and analyze website traffic. Users can manage cookie settings through their browser.


3. TERMS FOR TRAVEL PACKAGES

3.1 Booking & Confirmation

  • Token Advance: To initiate a booking, a non-refundable token advance (as specified at the time of quotation) is required.

  • Final Payment: The balance amount for any package must be cleared at least 30 days prior to the departure date. For “Last Minute Bookings” (made within 30 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

  • Price Fluctuations: Package rates are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, fuel hikes, or government-imposed taxes (GST/TCS) until the final payment is received.

3.2 Itinerary Changes & Availability

  • Subject to Availability: All bookings for hotels, sightseeing, and transfers are subject to availability at the time of actual reservation. If the mentioned hotel is unavailable, a similar category alternative will be provided.

  • Route Alterations: The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to “Force Majeure” events (e.g., landslides, political unrest, weather conditions) to ensure the safety of the travelers. No refunds shall be issued for such involuntary changes.

3.3 Cancellation by the Traveler If you wish to cancel your tour package, the following standard cancellation charges will apply (calculated from the date of written intimation):

  • 30+ Days before departure: Token Advance / Booking Amount only.

  • 29 – 15 Days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.

  • Less than 14 Days / No Show: 100% of the total package cost.

3.4 Cancellation of Flight-Inclusive Packages

  • Airlines Override: For packages that include airfare, the flight component is governed strictly by Section 1.2 (Flight Cancellation Policy).

  • Airline Cancellations: If an airline cancels a flight that is part of a package, Expedigo.in will assist in re-booking or processing a refund strictly as per the airline’s own policy and timelines. Any additional costs for alternative flights must be borne by the traveler.

3.5 Passports, Visas & Insurance

  • Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to maintain a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and obtain necessary visas. Rejection of a visa by the Consulate does not entitle the traveler to a full refund; standard package cancellation charges will apply.

  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. The Company is not liable for medical emergencies, loss of baggage, or trip interruptions.

3.6 Limitation of Liability for Packages Expedigo.in acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for:

  • Deficiency in service by third-party vendors (Hotels, Cruise lines, Theme parks).

  • Personal injury, sickness, or loss of life during the tour.

  • Loss or damage to personal baggage.
